Judge John Roberts Nomination

Senator Patrick "Leaky" Leahy said he would vote against Judge Roberts if he does not pass his litmus test on abortion.
"Just as you would not have a justice nominee who said, `Well I wouldn't consider Brown vs. Board of Education settled law,' I don't see how they could get confirmed," Leahy said. "I don't see how somebody who said that they didn't consider Roe vs. Wade settled law ... I don't see how they get confirmed."
In other words to Senator Leahy opposing abortion is on the same level being a racist, and segregationist. I think the liberal Senator from Vermont owes at least half of the country an apology.

Apparently "Leaky" Leahy needs to actually read the Constitution... if he knows how to read at all.

As long as the Pedophile Lover, Ruth "Buzzie" Ginsburg is on the High Court, any talk of a standard is just a joke!!

If the liberals want to continue their legacy, they should insist that the short list include Joseph Edward Duncan III and Brian David Mitchell. While were at it, why not put out a statement that if the killer of Amber Hagerman were to come forward, he or she could sit on the Supreme Court.
