Senator Patrick "Leaky" Leahy said he would vote against Judge Roberts if he does not pass his litmus test on abortion. "Just as you would not have a justice nominee who said, `Well I wouldn't consider Brown vs. Board of Education settled law,' I don't see how they could get confirmed," Leahy said. "I don't see how somebody who said that they didn't consider Roe vs. Wade settled law ... I don't see how they get confirmed." In other words to Senator Leahy opposing abortion is on the same l...

If you thought the cresent was either an oversite or just a coinsidence here is proof it is an intentional tribute to Islam. From ZombieTime "Etaoin Shrdlu" has generated an azimuthal equidistant world map centered on the location of the Flight 93 Memorial which seems to indicate that the crescent is oriented toward Mecca. What is next, are they going to name whatever memorial is erected in New York "The Osama Bin Laden Memorial Towers?" How about renaming existing memorials...

August 6, 1945, a bomb was dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. Three days later a second bomb was dropped on the City of Nagasaki, thus marking the end of the bloodiest war in human history. In all there were 60 million military and civilian casualties from all countries involved. President Bush today used a recess appointment to install John Bolton as Ambassador to the United Nations. The Senate Democrats had been using stalling tactics to indefinitely delay his confirmation. There were enough votes in the Senate to confirm him if it were not for the underhanded tactics of the Democrats. President Bush was right in putting Bolton in his rightful place at the UN. Senate Democrats obviously were not at all pleased by the move. Harry Reid of Nevada the Sena...

Newsmax is running a story today: Leftists Blast 'Centrist' Hillary Clinton Hillary Clinton has drawn a sharp rebuke from the left after giving a speech urging Democratic Party solidarity - a move seen by many as a sell-out of the party's liberal wing. The senator from New York unexpectedly found herself under attack for her speech at the centrist Democratic Leadership Council's annual convention in Columbus, Ohio, in which she called for a truce among the party's quarreling faction...

The man who delivered the Monica Bombs to Iraq is now criticizing President George Bush for his handling of the war in Iraq. They say for a parody to be funny it has to be based in truth, well a week ago I did a parody called “Bring Our Troops Home, NOW!” I was joking about pulling our troops out of New Orleans, and in it I wrote “We need Cindy Sheehan’s voice to carry our message “Bring our troops out of New Orleans, NOW!” Her new article in the huffington Post she has an article where she is saying just that for real. I am getting this sinking feeling we are all being scammed. We have heard of 20,000 up to 40,000 deaths, Rapes, Murders, Mayhem, widespread looting and shooting. Now the death toll is expected around 200-400. During the week after the hurricane we were hearing that bodies were strewn all over the place. Now we hear that searchers have found very few bodies except tragically for 40 elderly patients in an old folks home. Could all the stories we have been hearing be total fabric...

I called the Pennsylvania chapter of the ACLU on Saturday and left a message. To their credit a representative called back this afternoon. The purpose of my contact with them was to discuss the proposed Flight 93 memorial and the Islamic symbolism that it features. ACLU: “Thank you for contacting the Pennsylvania American Civil Liberties Union, this is Pam, what is the nature of your complaint” Ken: “I was calling about the proposed Flight 93 Memorial in Pennsylvania, and the Islamic ...

Is this a memorial to the hijackers, or to the flight 93 victims? What kind of clueless idiot designed this? This is the chosen design for the Memorial for flight 93 that crashed into the Pennsyvania field on September 11, 2001. It was unveiled yesterday in Pennsylvania ? What must the families of the victims think of this travesty? There were a couple of family members interviewed who liked it, but I don’t know if they truly realize the symbolism. A crescent is to a Musl...
